NON-PROFIT Used for external, non-profit groups/organizations
PROFIT Used for external, for-profit groups/organizations

Additional Group Information

External / Outside Groups: Upload the Group's Certificate of Insurance and its Expiration Date.

  • General Liability at a minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate covering your group.
  •  COI must contain Sexual Abuse and Molestation Coverage 
  •  Statutory Workers Compensation in the state of Connecticut including Employers Liability at minimum limits of $500,000/$500,000/$500,000. (If organization has employees) 
  •  Automobile Liability with coverage for owned, hired and non-owned vehicles at a minimum limit of $1,000,000 C.S.L. for Bodily Injury and Property Damage. (If organization owns vehicles)
  •  Excess “Umbrella” Liability at a minimum limit of $5,000,000 Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage.
  •  The Woodstock Academy must be named as Additional Insured “as respects liability arising out of the use of the Facilities”.
